• Be a citizen of the Republic of Turkey,
• Have resided within the borders of the province/district where the project is located for at least 1 year or be registered in the population register of the province where the project is located (Applicants in the Families of Martyrs, Disabled Persons due to War and Duty, Widows and Orphans category must have resided for at least 3 years or be registered in the population register of the province),
• Have not purchased a house from the Mass Housing Administration and have not used a housing loan from the Mass Housing Administration (except for the Families of Martyrs, Disabled Persons due to War and Duty, Widows and Orphans category),
• Have not owned an independent section with a condominium title deed registered in the land registry or a detached house (except for fields, vineyards, gardens, village houses and workplaces) belonging to themselves, their spouse and/or children under their custody, (except for the Families of Martyrs, Disabled Persons due to War and Duty, Widows and Orphans category) (Except for real estates owned by the applicant in shares)
• Have reached the age of 25 as of the application date (Age requirement for widows with children whose spouses have passed away
monthly )(The total monthly net household income of the applicant, their spouse and children under their custody, including all kinds of assistance such as food, transportation, etc., must be at most 14,000 TL.) (The income condition is applied as 16,000 TL in Istanbul.)
• Only one application must be made on behalf of a household -that is, the person themselves, their spouse and children under their custody-

Category 1 “Families of Martyrs, Disabled People due to War and Duty, Widows and Orphans”,
Category 2 “Citizens with at least 40% Disability”,
Category 3 “Retired Citizens” and
Category 4 “Other recipient candidates” who meet the application conditions above
will be accepted in 4 separate categories.
